MY ORDER STATUS IS “PROCESSING”. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Processing just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to Completed.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING FEE?

We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders throughout whole Malaysia.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
